Tech deals: SAP, Serco, Asetek, Adqura, Salesforce

SAP, Serco, Asetek, Adqura, MobileIron, Salesforce, among others, have announced their latest technology deals or tech deployments.
Dollar spending on technology

SAP

SAP Ariba and SAP announced its tech deal with Burger King Restaurant to create digital process for managing its spend from end to end in an integrated and intelligent way that fuels savings, efficiencies and business growth.

Serco

Serco announced a $51 million technology outsourcing deal to provide installation support for Close-In Weapons Systems (CIWS) on U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard vessels.

Asetek

Asetek announced a $400,000 tech order from Fujitsu, a High Performance Computing (HPC) OEM, for a new cluster in Asia for a global industrial customer.

The installation will be implemented using Asetek’s RackCDU liquid cooling solution and includes 22 liquid cooled racks populated by compute nodes using Asetek’s Direct-to-Chip heat capture technology.

Adqura

Adqura announced an AI deal with Glidewell Laboratories to deliver an omni-channel customer decisioning and AI solution.

MobileIron

MobileIron announced its tech deal with City of Stockholm to supply MobileIron Threat Defense to detect and mitigate mobile threats. MobileIron Threat Defense will be deployed on 30,000 mobile devices used by the employees of the City of Stockholm.

Salesforce

CRM supplier Salesforce has assisted PGA TOUR Superstore, a golf and tennis retailer with more than 30 stores in the United States, to launch a new ecommerce store on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

NICE
NICE announced that Hyundai Capital America has deployed the NICE Engage platform for omnichannel interaction recording to support the auto finance company’s growth while enabling better service for its over 1.7 million retail customers.

One Network Enterprises

One Network Enterprises, a provider of digital network platform and services, announced its deal with AAR, a provider of aviation services to commercial and government customers worldwide.

One Network’s Real Time Value Network (RTVN) will be used in support of the United States Air Force (USAF)’s Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) landing gear contract; allowing AAR to more effectively oversee and manage depot level maintenance on landing gear assemblies of the C-130 Hercules, KC-135 Stratotanker and E-3 Sentry AWACS weapon systems.

NCR
NCR announced its tech deal with California-based Parsons Federal Credit Union, Texas-based Educators Credit Union, and Arizona-based AERO Federal Credit Union to supply NCR’s Digital Insight solutions.
