Conduent, a digital interactions company, has won a $100 million, 7-year contract extension to provide third-party administration services for Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP), a Ventura County, Calif.-based Medi-Cal plan.
Conduent will deploy a plan administration platform, including member experience and automation tools, for GCHP, which manages the Medi-Cal benefit for nearly 200,000 members.
Federos, a provider of software-defined operations platform for communications service providers, announced its deal with Motorola Solutions to supply its service assurance software products, including Assure1 and Fusion1.
