Fashion retailer Forever 21 has selected Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, a retail point of sale (POS) technology provider, to provide Client Services and equipment for their corporate stores in 16 countries.
Toshiba will supply POS systems, peripherals and OEM front and back office retail store technology for Forever 21. The deal also includes the procurement of Toshiba’s TCxTM 300 systems and peripherals as well as the procurement, support and standardization of other store technology including networking equipment.
Los Angeles, California- headquartered Forever 21 operates more than 830 stores globally.
Toshiba said its services solution includes a dedicated project management office and team of service experts that will act as the single point of contact for all helpdesk requests for Toshiba POS hardware and all other OEM retail store equipment.
Toshiba will manage the deployment of all retail store equipment, including new TCxTM 300 POS systems and store servers, registers, displays and SureMark printers in current and new corporate stores. Toshiba will provide maintenance services for both Toshiba and non-Toshiba equipment as well as asset management services and support.

Eugene Shvartsman, executive director and general manager, North America, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions; and Bill Campbell, head of Sales, North America, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, were instrumental in signing the deal with Forever 21.
