L’OCCITANE Group, a retailer of natural cosmetics, has selected Salesforce Commerce Cloud to deliver personalized shopping experiences and accelerate business growth.
Salesforce said L’OCCITANE Group is replacing its homegrown ecommerce system with Commerce Cloud’s multi-site, multi-language and multi-currency ecommerce capabilities to quickly innovate and expand its digital presence.
Commerce Cloud will also enable the L’OCCITANE Group to deliver a unified commerce experience on any channel and any device.

L’OCCITANE Group has also deployed SAP SuccessFactors solutions for human capital management (HCM) to help drive its digital HR transformation across the globe.
SAP SuccessFactors solutions will assist L’OCCITANE to achieve an HR platform that is consistent across the globe and provides better insight throughout its retail operations and improved standardization and efficiency of its HR processes.
SAP will ensure reduced administration of core HR processes and a unified user experience for employees of L’OCCITANE Group.
