Wipro signs business process services deal with Nilfisk

Wipro job in ITTechnology outsourcing company Wipro has signed a multi-year business process services deal with Nilfisk, a supplier of professional cleaning equipment and solutions.

India-based Wipro will implement business process services for Nilfisk in the areas of Finance and Accounting (F&A), Marketing services as well as select IT services in 45+ client locations, across the world.

Wipro, as part of the IT contract, will support Nilfisk in consolidating its back office Finance & Accounting operations, being delivered from globally diverse locations.

The Bangalore-head quartered IT services company did not reveal the financial details of the tech deal with Nilfisk.

The IT agreement will support Nilfisk to achieve improved financial controls and compliance through more efficient, benchmarked and automated finance and accounting processes. Nilfisk will also gain from enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness through hyper-automation, process simplification and standardization.

Nilfisk has also selected Wipro, which competes with Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra, among others, to setup a marketing services delivery center for Nilfisk. Wipro will support a part of the portfolio of Nilfisk’s brands covering the American and select European and Asian markets.

Wipro, which has been present in the Nordic region for 12 years, works with enterprise customers across the manufacturing, energy, natural resources, utilities, financial services, telecom and retail industry verticals.

Wipro also has a presence in the Nordic region through its acquired entities – Appirio, which helps companies improve their worker and customer experiences through cloud technology and Designit, a strategic design firm specializing in transformative product-service experiences.
