Tech Mahindra has signed two deals in Brazil to deliver enterprise solutions for Oil & Gas and banking vertical.
As per the deal between Complex IT, Tech Mahindra’s Brazilian subsidiary, and Schahin Petróleo, the IT major will offer enterprise business solution for Schahin Group’ Oil & Gas operations.
“We selected Complex IT as our partner for SAP ERP implementation because we recognized its excellence and competence and the result of years of global SAP experience,” said Marcio Ishihara, chief information officer, Schahin Petróleo.
Tech Mahindra on Thursday said the project includes implementation of SAP ERP and addresses business pain points around complex supply chain logistics and strengthening of the integration process.
Tech Mahindra acquired stake in Complex IT to gain market share in the enterprise business solutions space in Latin America.
The company feels that the new deals wins also underscore the growing clout of Tech Mahindra in Latin America.
As per the second IT deal, Complex IT will assist a leading bank in Brazil to deliver enterprise business solutions for SAP demands on AMS, Projects and on-going demands. This will help them overcome High Complexity environment and helping internal SLA.

Earlier, Tech Mahindra signed a 5-year managed services deal with UBS Fund Services. Tech Mahindra Managed Data Services (MDS), a new platform, is designed to support asset managers, wealth managers, investment banks, custodians and administrators.
