Strauss Paper taps Infor CRM for contact and lead management solution

Strauss Paper Company, a distributor of janitorial supplies and green products, has selected Infor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to provide a Cloud-based contact and lead management solution to its customers.

Infor CRM will enable the company to integrate with Infor SX.e through Infor ION, a middleware platform to simplify connectivity between systems. Infor CRM will directly benefit the Strauss Paper sales team by offering insight into the company’s client base, helping employees to serve customers in a better way.

“Prior to this project, we did not have a CRM application in place, which created challenges for us in terms of managing customer interactions and addressing inquiries,” said John Costanzo, vice president, Information Technology, Strauss Paper Company.

Strauss Paper will be utilizing both Infor ION and Infor Ming.le to strengthen interdepartmental communication and speed problem resolution by ensuring real-time data across the enterprise.

Infor ION is designed to ensure that updated information goes automatically communicated to the other. Social functionality of Infor Ming.le will create a centralized space for employee information sharing, said Infor in a statement.

This apart, Infor CRM will assist Strauss Paper to improve visibility into its customer base by consolidating all contact information in a standardized format. The application will facilitate productivity from the sales organization, as users have better insight into processes and ongoing deals, enabling faster responses to customer issues and inquiries.
