SilkRoad, a provider of cloud-based talent management solutions, announced the release of SilkRoad HRMS, its next generation Human Resources Management System. SilkRoad HRMS integrates payroll, time off, and benefits systems with SilkRoad Life Suite. It is expected to simplify how organizations manage workforces and report data, a statement said.
“SilkRoad HRMS will provide small to medium businesses with a new, secure and powerful tool to manage employee data across multiple locations and divisions,” said John Shackleton, president and CEO of SilkRoad.
A live web demonstration of the product will take place on January 29, 1pm CST. Ethan Savage, SilkRoad’s Senior Solution Consultant, will share how the new system can ease updating, managing, and reporting on workforce data.
The webinar will touch upon how the HRMS will help reduce duplication by consolidating HR data into a unified database, minimize errors while allowing for easier and more accurate reporting, support core HR applications such as benefits and time and attendance, with easy data movement.
