CRM major Salesforce said Sephora, a global cosmetics company, is deploying Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud in Europe to deliver personalized shopping experience to customers and accelerate growth.
Anne-Veronique Baylac is the CDO of Sephora Europe & Middle East and Pierrette Frey is the CIO of Sephora.
Sephora will deploy Commerce Cloud to ensure that Sephora Europe shoppers will receive unique content, offers and recommendations based on information such as past purchases, skin type, makeup and cosmetic preferences, and geographic regions.
In addition, Sephora will implement Service Cloud to provide personalized and connected customer service experiences across every channel and touch-point.
Sephora has already deployed Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud in Sweden and Denmark.
The retail cosmetics company is planning to roll out the new digital shopping experience all over Europe starting with Portugal, Germany, France and Poland in the coming months.
