NCR Solutions to power Dunkin’ Donuts Brazil venture

Dunkin’ Donuts will use NCR restaurant technology and cloud solutions for its first site in Brazil.

Brazilian location of Dunkin’ Donuts has selected NCR solution to engage consumers more effectively and operate with greater efficiency.

The NCR solutions will help the restaurant chain which is operated by OLH Group to easily manage daily transactions and gain insights about store performance.

Additionally, Dunkin’ Donuts will process its orders and payments easily and quickly and improve its operating efficiency by using NCR’s Aloha point-of-sale software.

NCR will also help Dunkin’ Donuts to manage stock in real life and allows a better control of costs and reduces losses.

This apart, Dunkin’ Donuts will also enjoy the benefits of NCR Configuration Center’s above-store capabilities allowing the chain to improve operational efficiency at the store-level in their Brazilian locations.

The company said, management daily work is simplified as each new item or price change on the menu is automatically synchronized.

NCR Real-Time will provide visibility to management team into its day-to-day operations using which team can make better decisions.

Few days ago, NCR announced that California-based clothing retailer M.Fredric enhanced its retail point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems with Counterpoint.
