NCR Silver helps Atlanta barber to manage business 

Clifford Hicks, the owner of Old Milton Barber Shop, endorsed consumer transaction technology provider NCR by upgrading his outdated point-of-sale (POS) system to NCR Silver.

The tablet-based POS platform, powered by NCR Small Business, has provided Hicks with a lot of additional functionality including managing inventory, all while maintaining a modern and sleek look for his shop.

Hicks, whose barbershop is located in suburban Atlanta, relies on NCR Silver to manage his inventory and employee scheduling.

“NCR Silver has made my life as a business owner significantly easier,” Hicks said. “Even when I am away from the shop, I have visibility into sales, including what products and services clients purchase. Even better, the system has decreased the time I spend on administrative tasks, allowing me to focus on serving my customers.”

Additionally, Hicks uses NCR Silver to manage his email marketing. As his business grows, he is also looking to use other features available within the NCR Silver platform, such as alternative payment options like Apple Pay.
