JDA Software Group announced that German retailer REWE DORTMUND has selected JDA Category Management to create store-specific planograms for its nearly 300 independent retail stores.
Historically, REWE DORTMUND relied on manual, spreadsheet-based planning processes for assortment and store layout planning.
To improve the customer experience, REWE DORTMUND will use JDA Category Management. REWE DORTMUND is part of the REWE Group of independent retailers and suppliers. It will implement JDA Category Management with partner Strategix, who will assist in the implementation through rollout and support.
Strategix is a German consulting firm with expertise in category management and retail execution. Strategix was founded in 2001 and has offices in Germany, Poland, Turkey, Russia and Romania.
