Infotech Lead India: F5 Networks, a provider of application delivery networking, has set up two additional Expedite RMA service depots in Delhi and Chennai.
The new centers are aimed at serving more clients in Delhi, Chennai and other major metro cities in the country along with their existing ones in Mumbai and Bangalore.
The additional investment reinforces F5’s commitment to the Indian market and strengthens our focus on servicing customers.
“The addition of depots in New Delhi and Chennai will improve coverage of our Expedited RMA services by dramatically improving F5’s control of deployed inventory and meeting the stringent requirements of our customers deploying F5’s appliances in mission critical environments,” said Anil Pochiraju, managing director, Sales, F5 Networks India and SAARC.
Early this year, F5 Network announced its flagship product BIG-IP version 11 software which is designed to speed up provisioning of services on an application-by-application basis.
The newly launched RMA depots along with the flagship product of F5 will assist the company to serve its customers better.
According to a report in TelecomLead.com, application delivery controller (ADC) revenue rose five percent in Q3 2012 from Q2 2012. The year-on-year growth has reduced and is currently standing at +6 percent after falling from +27 percent in Q3 2011.
F5 maintains its leadership followed by Citrix and Cisco.
