Deloitte has deployed Coupa Software, a provider of cloud-based spend management solutions, to drive bottom line savings.
Deloitte selected Coupa’s spend management suite in January 2015 to address its need for a centralized procurement process.
“Deloitte Consultants around the world have implemented Coupa for many clients so we were familiar with the user adoption rates and success of this platform,” said Stephen Mansfield, chief information officer of Deloitte Canada.
Company officials said that this process can improve governance, reduce risk and help employees easily drive immediate savings.
“Coupa has improved the visibility of our purchase commitments with suppliers and the amounts we were paying versus our negotiated and contracted prices,” said Geoff Parsons, chief procurement officer of Deloitte Canada.
Coupa has also announced a number of performances metrics including exceptional revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention rate, global scaling, and an expanding portfolio of solutions and partners reflect rising demand and deepening market penetration.
In February, Coupa announced state of the art mobile expense technology that brings the ease of consumer applications and social computing to expense reporting.
Coupa acquired San Francisco-based ZenPurchase, a collaborative enterprise procurement software company in February to deliver savings-as-a-service through increased efficiencies, which drives business impact.
Last year in January, Coupa partnered with TrustWeaver, a Sweden-based provider of global VAT compliance services, to provide dynamic, real-time VAT and related compliance services to customers using Coupa’s cloud-based electronic invoicing solution.
