CCV selects NCR Authentic to deliver zero down-time payment services

CCV, European payments provider has deployed NCR Authentic, a payment platform from Alaric, an NCR business, to support new payments processing solution developed for customers.

The payment platform will improve quality of payments services for its 200,000 retail customers as it aims to have zero down-time with the ability to access two synchronized, active processing systems.

According to NCR Corporation, Authentic will provide a flexible payments processing platform on which CCV staff can develop their specific solution.

CCV processes payment for small and large businesses, from international chains to independent stores, in markets that include hotels, restaurants, public transport, parking and vending with annual turnover of €130 million.

The company said CCV is active in countries across Europe, including Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Hungary and France.

“Our retail customers require a zero down-time payment solution. NCR’s Authentic platform proved the most flexible development environment in which we could create this payment solution,” said Enny van de Velden, Group Managing Director at CCV.

Last month, Vodat International deployed NCR Authentic, an intelligent payments platform from Alaric, an NCR business to support its Unified Payment Service which provides retailers with a managed, PCI-compliant card processing solution.

In June, Yorkshire Building Society deployed Authentic, a payment platform from Alaric, an NCR business, to provide essential card authorization, routing and switching.

In May, NCR Corporation launched the latest version of Authentic, its transaction processing solution from Alaric, an NCR business.
