CA Technologies has opened its technology center in Bangalore, India.
The Bangalore center is the second such center in India. CA Technologies’ first center is in Hyderabad.
The new center plans to tap talent base in Bangalore for the development of next generation solutions in emerging technologies.
The focus of the new center is on organic innovation in emerging technologies, including Mobility, Digital Payments, Big Data, Data Science/Advanced Analytics, DevOps and Security.
“Organic innovation is at the heart of CA, and this new Center will enable greater collaboration and faster product development across a wide range of emerging technologies. Along with our center in Hyderabad, we are making important investments in research and development in India,” said Ram Varadarajan, general manager, New Business Innovation, CA Technologies.
CA recently opened a new Technology Center in Santa Clara, in the heart of Silicon Valley. The work done by development teams in Santa Clara and Bangalore contributed to the recent launch of the CA Management Cloud for Mobility.
The CA Bangalore Technology Center is part of the company’s effort to hub technology development at key sites to drive accelerated innovation. The center has a floor area of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. and will house more than 400 employees, including engineers and developers.
