Buffalo Wild Wings has deployed NCR cloud enabled restaurant solutions for its first location in Asia in Philippines.
The new solution will help Buffalo Wild Wings to improve customer experience and operate with greater efficiency.
With the new comprehensive suite of NCR restaurant solution Buffalo Wild Wings can track the performance of the business and enhance customer engagement.
NCR will also help Buffalo Wild Wings in identifying and mitigating losses due to employee theft in real time with the NCR’s cloud based employee theft deterrence solution.
NCR will provide restaurant solutions, Aloha restaurant software suite including cloud based configuration and management tools to run the business more efficiently and enhance customer engagement.
The restaurant staff can be trained on recipes with the NCR Kitchen application.
Buffalo Wild Wings staff will also have the knowledge to reduce preparation and cooking errors with the new application.

Last month Wissol Group selected NCR Corporation for its cloud enabled restaurant solutions to drive growth at Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts franchise business.
In February, Zing Leisure, Burger King Franchise selected NCR restaurant technology to improve customer experience and the efficiency of its business across 18 restaurants.
NCR Corporation announced, in January this year that Jake’s Finer Foods, a foodservice distributor serving Texas and Louisiana is using NCR Power Delivery to automate the process of food service delivery.
