Adobe has formed partnership with marketing services firm Epsilon to deliver next generation technology and strategic solutions that enable clients to create long-term profitable customer relationships.
As part of the agreement, Epsilon will incorporate Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions into their Agility Loyalty Platform offering data, analytics, and transactional rules-based functionality that empowers clients to be successful in the face of new loyalty demands.
Through the partnership, Epsilon will utilize Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to optimize the customer experience, extend reach to new and existing customers and breathe new life into brands. It will allow them to maximize customer loyalty marketing programs, Adobe said.
Together, the marketing services of Epsilon and Adobe enhance brands’ capabilities to deliver enhanced digital experiences.
Adobe provides Experience Manager, the first solution leveraged by Epsilon to provide personalized content to customers.
Experience Manager enables marketers to organize, create and manage the delivery of creative assets across online channels, including the Web, mobile sites and apps, and communities. Relevant content is stored within Experience Manager Assets, and creative content is added and delivered to individual users in real-time through the Agility Loyalty platform.
Other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to be incorporated with Epsilon’s Agility Loyalty offering include: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Social, and Adobe Target.
