Tech Mahindra said the implementation of Oracle ERP Go-Live at the Salalah Sanitary Drainage Services (SSDS), Oman has assisted SSDS to improve its asset utilization and asset maintenance schedule and planning by 200 percent.
The digitization of operations project at the SSDS’s facility is by far the most significant collaboration between the two companies, said Tech Mahindra. The system integrated all the client’s business operations into a single system meeting specific requirements and providing them the advantage of quicker response time and better services.
Tech Mahindra said SSDS implemented 18 Oracle Modules for automating 100+ processes resulting in 300 percent increase in transaction time.
“IITC-Tech Mahindra has provided integrated systems that will help us automate business processes. It will further help management of operational processing which will provide a strong enterprise resource planning to an Asset Intensive organization,” said Ghali Ahmed Al Mashali, CEO at SSDS.
