Accenture has acquired Reactive Media, a digital agency in Australia, to strengthen its digital marketing and technology services.
In 2013, Accenture acquired Fjord and Acquity Group to Accenture Digital business.
Reactive Media specializes in delivering differentiated customer experiences through multiple digital channels such as apps, e-commerce web sites and social.
Accenture did not disclose the financial details.
Reactive Media’s digital capabilities will complement Accenture Interactive’s marketing experience services such as creative design, customer experience, digital production and e-commerce platforms.
Accenture is making significant investments in digital space because corporate marketing will undergo transformation over the next five years due to the use of digital, according to a survey of chief marketing officers done by Accenture Interactive.
The acquisition will give enterprise clients access to Reactive’s digital capabilities designed to enable chief marketing officers and brand leaders to raise consumer loyalty, boost sales and improve efficiencies.
