SurveyMonkey has acquired TechValidate, a web-based software platform specializing in marketing content automation.
TechValidate complements SurveyMonkey’s core platform creation, collection and analysis services and allows businesses to publish marketing content from their survey findings as well.
The company did not disclose the financial terms of acquiring TechValidate.
Additionally, TechValidate provides automated platform to collect and transform customer experience data into credible content for use cross all key marketing and sales communication channels.
This apart, the platform serves more than 300 customers and creates a variety of content including case studies, ROI analyses, customer testimonials and reviews.
“By providing real-time, affordable access to data, SurveyMonkey demonstrated that people could do more with data and TechValidate is a natural extension of this approach,” said Steve Norall, chief executive officer of TechValidate.
