Enterprise networking vendor HP said its ServiceOne 2.0 program enables partners to maximize the business benefit of IT investment to customers.
HP is introducing two new offerings — HP Flexible Capacity and HP Datacenter Care – as part of the new partner initiative.
HP Flexible Capacity provides customers an on premise private cloud infrastructure with public cloud, pay-as-you-go economics with the ability to flex-up or flex-down based on needs.
HP Datacenter Care is a relationship-based approach to personalized support and management of heterogeneous datacenters.
The network vendor is offering new automated tools to reduce quoting time, improve business velocity and lower sales costs for partners.
“HP ServiceOne has provided partners the richest, most inclusive portfolio and services program in the industry, and ServiceOne 2.0 builds on that foundation to create significant opportunities for partners,” said Tirthankar Banerjee, head Technology Support Services, HP India.
The HP ServiceOne 2.0 program is available worldwide. Additional program elements are expected to become available to partners over the next 12 months.
