HP ConvergedSystem, Converged Storage to help build low cost data centers

Networking vendor HP on Monday announced the launch of its new HP ConvergedSystem and HP Converged Storage offerings to build low cost data centers.

In the next five years, the enterprise will see data capacities grow more than 800 percent, according to Gartner.

HP says enterprise CIOs need to manage the growth in data while introducing new applications, such as big data and analytics, using delivery models such as virtualized infrastructure and the cloud.

HP ConvergedSystem simplifies IT, enabling clients to go from order to operations in 20 days. With quick deployment, intuitive management and system-level support, IT organizations can shift their focus from systems integration to delivering the applications that power their business.
