CIARA has launched ORION HF320D server, the first and world’s fastest overclocked 2U 2-Node High Frequency Trading (HFT) server.
The ORION HF320D server has raised the bar on speed and density for high frequency trading by boasting two independent Intel processors with performance up to 4.5GHz on 8 cores in a 2U rackmount chassis.
The newly launched server will enhance performance and will serve density sensitive customers.
The company said ORION HF320D has a tool-less design and is easy to install via CIARA’s rapid rail technology.
The ORION HF320D also offer latest generation remote management, Linux or Windows compatibility, a warranty model that is tailored for customers in the financial sector with available 24×7 support, “rack and stack” engineering and worldwide logistics services for rapid rollout of multi-site solutions.
CIARA has offered ORION HF with 1 to 3 year international warranty which is currently available through CIARA or one of its authorized resellers.
“The power combination of the latest generation of Intel processors (Haswell E), together with the CIARA proprietary half-width motherboard design, unlocks a vast array of new opportunities for performance and low latency,” said Patrick Scateni, vice president of Sales and Marketing at CIARA.
