Tata Communications today announced three unified communications (UC) solutions.
The latest UC solutions – announced Enterprise Connect 2015 in Orlando, the U.S. — include InstaCC Global, Hosted Lync and Click2RTC services, said Tata Communications in a statement.

InstaCC Global service, targeted at omni-channel contact centre services, enables businesses and outsourced service providers to manage contact centre requirements across the globe and across multiple delivery centers. Benefits to contact centre businesses include the uptime, performance, scalability and resiliency.
Click2RTC (Click to Real-Time Communications), a contextual cloud communications service, enables businesses to connect with their customers and mobile workforce through voice, chat and visually collaborate directly from their website and from within mobile applications.
Hosted Lync service offers Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) based on a Microsoft Lync unified communications platform — promising reduced cost, complexity, and risk.
