SD-WAN company VeloCloud Networks plans expansion in Europe

VeloCloud Networks, a SD-WAN company, announced its expansion plans in the European market.

VeloCloud has also appointed Jon Arnold as country manager to strengthen its technical team across the European region.

“VeloCloud has experienced tremendous growth in all aspects of its business including enterprise and service provider wins, network of channel partners, strategic partners in key areas such as security, and number of deployments,” said Sanjay Uppal, CEO and co-founder of VeloCloud.

Rentokil Initial, a business services company, has selected VeloCloud’s SD-WAN platform to simplify its network, streamline processes, and provide increased bandwidth.

“VeloCloud SD-WAN platform has helped unify a formerly disparate network, adding visibility and functionality that wasn’t present before,” said Mike Howell, Global Infrastructure Engineering Manager, Rentokil Initial.

“Rentokil is now in a much better position to service its customers as our network is prepared to handle all current and future technology demands,” said Ed Higgs, director of Global Service Delivery, Rentokil Initial.

The UK-headquartered Stolt-Nielsen, a provider of transportation, storage, and distribution solutions for chemicals and other bulk-liquid products, selected VeloCloud SD-WAN to make changes to its MPLS-based network in 30 countries to overcome cost, flexibility, time-to-market and management challenges.

“VeloCloud has provided us better accessibility, operational efficiency, security, end-to-end visibility and speed to market while reducing costs and eliminating WAN management complexity,” said Daan Mulzer, Global Service Delivery Manager for Stolt Nielsen.

VeloCloud, a channel driven company, recently announced that 50 Service Providers worldwide have chosen its cloud-delivered solution as their SD-WAN technology.
