ITC Infotech has deployed helpdesk and infrastructure management services at FRHI Hotels & Resorts (FRHI), a luxury hotel management company in Toronto, Canada.
FRHI Hotels & Resorts, which operates three brands such as Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Swissotel Hotels & Resorts across the globe, required a technical and experienced partner to support IT infrastructure and make r helpdesk processes more streamlined and efficient.
The hotel operates more than 105 properties, with over 40,000 users.

In addition, the experience of ITC Infotech in the hospitality industry, and capability to handle multilingual support in languages such as English, French, Mandarin and Arabic assisted FRHI to benefit.
