Tadiran Telecom buys EasyRun’s technology and intellectual property

Infotech Lead America: Tadiran Telecom, a provider of unified communications, has acquired EasyRun’s technology and intellectual property.

EasyRun’s EPICCenter technology will be integrated into Tadiran Telecom’s Linux-based Unified Communication platform which will be introduced to the market next week.

EasyRun provides intuitive VoIP contact center solutions that can run on legacy or IP-PBX platforms. These solutions allow customers to add a mutlimedia contact center solution without having to make major changes to their existing telephony infrastructure.

The acquisition enables EasyRun’s installed base of over 3000 locations worldwide to join Tadiran’s client base and benefit from a wider range of Unified Communication solutions.

“This is important news to the 100,000 customers around the world that have adopted our solutions. We can now provide an IP based end-to-end solution with powerful contact center technology,” said Tadiran’s President and CEO Eldad Barak.

While allowing customers to choose between telephony, e-mail and chat as contact options, EasyRun’s solutions integrate seamlessly with CRM and easily blend inbound and outbound calls to manage sales campaigns and process customer orders in real-time.
