Infotech Lead America: Spring Mobile Solutions, a mobile application software and services company, will support Philip Morris and its mobile workforce covering 32 distributors in Venezuela.
Spring will provide its DistroMaster packaged mobility application for a Distribution Management Solution that will gather data from 11 ERP/back offices to provide reports to maximize productivity and offer business operation insights.
Spring also provides support both locally in Venezuela as well as regionally should Philip Morris decide to expand.
According to ABI Research, worldwide data revenues are expected to reach $133 billion by 2014. Aside from providing a functional platform for an efficient workforce, enterprise applications can also assist with the operational aspects of a business allowing management to monitor and scrutinize business processes.
