Foxtons, real estate agency, has selected CallMiner’s speech analytics solution to better understand and improve customer service processes, sales performance and market trends.
London and the South-East of England based agency will deliver high levels of service to real-estate sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike with the help of CallMiner’s Eureka and EurekaLive software.
The company said with advanced analysis of spoken call content, Foxton will better understand customer desires and deliver top level customer service.
