The new relationship will provide cloud solutions for contact center and PBX/UC which will result in better experience for employees, agents and customers.
The Netrix cloud unified communication offering is a hosted network based VoIP solution that relieves the cost and management of on premises PBX equipment with performance enhanced by the Netrix VoIP platform.
To increase user productivity, reduce business expenses and provide for secure and reliable communications Netrix utilizes Cisco and Microsoft Lync UC technologies with technical expertise and customer service.
With the Five9 cloud software contact centers of every size can create customer connections and agents can move between social media, mobile care, live chat, email and voice calls.

Last month, Five9 announced Solar Panel Manufacturer selected Five9 to power its contact center.
Five9, in June last year, joined Cloud security alliance (CSA) to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurances within cloud computing and to provide education on the uses of cloud computing to help secure all other forms of computing.
