KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, has signed a contract with the City of Phoenix Water Services Department to offer outsourced billing services.
Phoenix Water Services provides water and wastewater services to 1.5 million customers in the nation’s sixth largest city.

The City ofPhoenixwill implement products and modules such as KUBRABCS, a document composition, print and mailing solution to support offline bill and letter applications; i-doxs platform to support cloud based enterprise document archival for call center access to all documents rendered and i-doxs Suite Utility Edition B2C.
The i-doxs Suite will replace their in-house solution with KUBRA’s multi-channel e-billing platform. Modules implemented include Biller-Direct, Secure Email Delivery and Payment, Consolidator networks, andMobileplatform including text, optimized browser and apps.
