As a group CTO, Umesh led IT vision and strategy for CARE Ratings and group companies. He is bringing collaboration and consolidation on technology by introducing new technologies for the group. He is also responsible for technology overhaul and migration of Care Kalypto Risk Management suite (ERM application).

The company uses video conferencing to facilitate within organisation and for connecting with our customers. 4G would enable CARE with reliable fast high definition (HD) video streaming on video conferencing across all locations.

Bharti Airtel is its primary service provider. CARE is currently building dual partner policy.

CARE Ratings, considering the confidential information it deals with, is evaluating the adaptability and methodology to implementing BYOD policy with suitable MDM application implemented.

Social media helps to penetrate and reach to new users. CARE Ratings uses social media like Twitter and Linked-In to publish industry articles, views and research reports. Social media is impending

factor which is helping the company for its growth.

CARE Ratings is planning to implement technologies such as Infra and application virtualisation; unified communications application over voice, video across gadgets; data protection and securing documents; business intelligence and analytics and data warehouse and BYOD.

CARE Ratings CTO says data security is one of the prime priorities for the organisation. It is deploying industry adapted best practises like DLP and IRM for data security. Compliance with regulators is a critical factor for security initiatives.
