IBM executive Janet A Jaiswal has joined Capillary Technologies, a provider of cloud-based solutions that enable retailers to engage with shoppers, to head marketing.
As vice president of Marketing, Jaiswal will lead the company’s marketing efforts in the U.S., including launching new products and partnerships as well as expanding awareness of Capillary’s award-winning suite of Intelligent Customer Engagement solutions.
Jaiswal will be based in the company’s U.S. headquarters in Mountain View, CA, in the heart of Silicon Valley, said Capillary Technologies in a statement.
At IBM, Jaiswal was part of IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management group where she was most recently responsible for leading the global product marketing function for IBM Tealeaf, where she served as director of marketing prior to the company’s acquisition by IBM.
Prior to Tealeaf, Jaiswal held senior marketing management roles at TRUSTe, Infosys, PayPal and eBay.
