To capture the HR software market, Ramco is also partnering with large ITeS players to offer HR Platform as a Service.

The Chennai-based enterprise software company also launched Ramco’s In-memory engine, Minnal which improves processing speed by up to 100 times.
Minnal, an In-memory Engine can be used for any planning, scheduling, optimization and batch processing (APO) activity.
