The factors like commuter commerce and digital transactions will contribute in this increasing rate.
According to Juniper, commuter commerce will be fueled by greater deployments of Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity on public transport.

In addition, China with $450 billion in eRetail sales during 2014 overtakes the US with $296 billion.
Additionally, research mentioned retailers should deliver a consistency of message, branding and shopping experience across all channels.
This apart, retailers should also ensure that they scale up the resources on offer at peak periods to cope with the likelihood of additional pressures on online customer support.
