Deloitte Digital unveils CloudMix on Oracle to enhance customer experience

Deloitte Digital has introduced CloudMix on Oracle for better customer experience.

The CloudMix on Oracle will be available to organizations running Oracle customer front-office cloud applications and on-premises back office tools.

Deloitte’s CloudMix on Oracle is an offering within Deloitte’s Safe Passage to Cloud program, which aims to help clients assess their cloud readiness and take advantage of the business value cloud can bring to an organization.

The company said that CloudMix on Oracle provides Oracle’s customer cloud solutions and enterprise technologies, to enable customer centric processes.

CloudMix on Oracle is a pre configured solution on Oracle customer cloud applications and provides agile implementation approach for rapid deployment.

The CloudMix on Oracle offers Cloud to on-premises integration with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with future release to include integration with Oracle ERP cloud and is capable of cohesive execution of end to end business processes, including Campaign to Cash.

The Campaign to Cash incorporates the latest customer engagement tools including social media and mobility to listen to customers’ needs and serve them better.

The vision of CloudMix on Oracle is to deliver full visibility across both the front and back office which enables the organizations to realize the benefits of lower total cost of ownership and an integrated user experience.

“CloudMix on Oracle is one of several solutions Deloitte has developed that bring together a range of Oracle solutions, knitting them together with Deloitte Digital, analytics, Oracle Cloud solutions, Oracle on-premise applications and technology,” said Jeffrey Davis, global oracle leader, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Last month, Deloitte introduced a new advanced analytics platform to offer internal auditors a comprehensive way to support the end to end audit process.
