Alior Bank has selected an IBM MobileFirst for iOS app to improve customer experience.
Using iPad, Alior’s banking professionals will provide personalized banking experience 24 hours a day.
Alior Bank will be the first bank in Poland to take advantage of IBM MobileFirst for iOS apps, providing its employees with secure, mobile access.
IBM MobileFirst for iOS apps will support Alior Bank employees to access customer data on iPad in order to provide personalized recommendations and offers to their customers.

IBM MobileFirst for iOS Trusted Advice app allows advisors to manage client portfolios from iPad, gaining insight from analytics. These features will be available to the advisor wherever they meet with clients not just at the bank.
The company said advisors can use the app to address the client needs, from testing recommendations against modeling tools to secure transactions.
