zSpace has selected AMD FirePro W5170M to power the new zSpace for Education which delivers interaction and group collaboration through a VR precision, stylus.
The company said it will implement AMD’s LiquidVR technology and harness AMD GPU hardware sub-systems to make the virtual reality experience comfortable and realistic.
The students can learn by doing in a virtual environment and can undo mistakes, make changes without worrying about material costs or clean up.
zSpace for Education also includes a comprehensive and expanded content and application library that can be introduced into the core curriculum and utilized by multiple grade levels.
