Toshiba unveils Satellite Fusion for Windows 10 at $649

Toshiba’s Digital Products Division (DPD) has launched Satellite Fusion, a large screen convertible PC with ultra-fast Wireless-AC, illuminating keyboard and a Full HD 1080p screen option, designed for Windows 10.

Users can rotate the screen from zero to 360 degrees into five unique viewing modes, can work in Laptop mode, share screen with a group in Presentation mode, lay it flat and collaborate with others in Tabletop mode.

The company said new device can also be folded to browse comfortably in Tablet mode and unwind with a movie in Audience mode.

The Satellite Fusion is equipped with an HD webcam and TruTalk dual-array microphones to enable voice apps.

Currently, the Satellite Fusion ships with Windows 8.1 but user can later upgrade to Windows 10.

Powered by 5th generation Intel core processor, Satellite Fusion supports up to 12GB of RAM and up to a 1TB capacity hard drive or a 128GB solid state drive.

The new device is available with a wide range of ports including an HDMI port with 4K output, a memory card reader, two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port with USB Sleep & Charge technology.

Additionally, newly launched device also includes Onkyo stereo speakers tuned by Skullcandy and audio enhancement software by DTS enabling users to experience their music and content with immersive and accurate sound.

With TruBrite multi-touch display configured with full HD resolution and IPS technology, users can enjoy their photos, watch movies and can create digital artwork.

The new Satellite Fusion is available for $649.99.

In April, Toshiba introduced new recordX call recording solution compatible with IPedge and Strata CIX business communication systems.
