HCL Infosystems has launched multiple HCL Touch Centers across various cities in India.
HCL Touch Centers will offer one-stop solution to all servicing needs for mobility, IT and consumer electronics & Home Appliances products across brands.
There will be 8 centers in Delhi-NCR initially. The project will expand across Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities in India in phases.

HCL Touch Centre services will include warranty support service for OEM partners, multi-brand out of warranty repairs, extended warranty protection plans/AMC plans, accessories & software sales /upgrade, and a range of value added services like onsite services, pick and drop, data recovery, installation & set-up of products.
The Touch centers will provide quality assurance, transparency and convenience to its customers.
