Acer India has launched Windows 8-run Acer Iconia W3, an 8.1-inch tablet, Acer Aspire P3 Ultrabook and Aspire R7 notebook.
With the tablet and touch – notebook computers marking the advent of a new era, the company expects 80 percent of its products to be on touch technology by 2015.
Harish Kohli, managing director, Acer India, said, “With portability and mobility being the key focus areas for the company, these devices are designed to appeal to consumers across genres.”
The price of Iconia W3 tablet will be Rs 30,499 onwards.
“Windows 8 provides the best blend of work and play, making it incredibly simple for people to consume and create content from anywhere,” said Chakrapani Gollapali, country general manager – Consumer Channels Group, Microsoft India.
The price of Aspire P3 Ultrabook will be Rs 54,499 onwards.
The Windows 8 powered Aspire R7 notebook will be priced from Rs 74,999 onwards.
