Schneider Electric announced three data center Operation Services offerings designed to optimize and simplify data center operations.
“Data centers are now in a position to drive business results and help companies gain a competitive advantage. However, despite increasing system intelligence and automation capabilities, every data center today still needs to rely on effective operation, maintenance, and management by well-trained, organized people,” said David Gentry, vice president, Data Center Services, Schneider Electric.
Schneider Electric’s Operation Services are aimed at maximizing equipment availability and reducing instances of downtime. These offering are comprised of three levels of vendor-agnostic services, which help data center operators lower the total cost of ownership (TCO) and enable them to continuously maintain, operate, monitor, and optimize the data center throughout its life cycle.
The Operation Services offerings provide services including vendor management, managed maintenance and facility operations.
