By utilizing ViaWest infrastructure services, Extra Space Storage, which operates secure facilities built for personal and business storage use, will ensure reliability for its 1000+ self-storage properties across the U.S.
Extra Space Storage facilities are designed to meet each community’s needs, along with direct access to on-site storage experts who help guide clients across all types of industries.

Extra Space Storage houses its core IT and data platforms within ViaWest Denver Arapahoe data center with a failover configuration located at ViaWest Cottonwood facility in Salt Lake City. ViaWest also provides managed services, including database administration under the Oracle Premier Database Administration, Clustering, and Standby platform.
