Cyber Innovation Labs (CIL), a provider of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions and professional services, has announced plans to open new cloud computing data center in Iron Mountain’s underground facility in Boyers, PA.
The 8,000-square-foot Tier 3 enhanced / 2N standard facility meets SSAE SOC 1 / SOC 2 and PCI DSS LEVEL 2.0 PCI compliance. CIL is also in the process of meeting all requirements for FISMA and FedRAMP certification.
FLEXCenter houses Cloud in a Vault (CiaV), a 100 percent dedicated, single tenant, fully managed and scalable private cloud offering with a service level agreement backed by a professional liability policy that offers up to $5,000,000 for guaranteed uptime, the company said.
Clients can switch between private colocation and private cloud as business needs change and includes a parts/service depot within the facility.
CiaV combines NEC’s Nblock integrated IT infrastructure with security, compliance and monitoring in a hosted environment. Organizations can quickly and easily align business projects with infrastructure costs, so they can consume only the infrastructure needed, incurring only monthly operational expenses and zero capital expenses for equipment.
Cloud in a Vault lever offers optimal recovery capabilities by leveraging NEC’s proven SAN-based architecture and Software Defined Networking (SDN) product family – even during natural or human-induced disaster scenarios.
Traditional platforms require manual intervention in order to enable the recovery and use of data sets in a disaster situation. With Cloud in a Vault, disaster recovery is already inherent in the platform, enabling immediate access to that data, the company said.
The company also announced Data Center Relocation and Move/Migration Services are now available on a national scale through CIL Professional Services (CIL PS).
The CIL PS employs a simple, time tested framework of consultative, professional and managed services designed to guide organizations through each step of IT Transformation, the company said.
