Enterprise IT vendor SAP said it will conduct a course on its cloud services for customers this week, starting September 9. The course will be delivered through the company’s educational offering called openSAP platform that extends content reach beyond the classroom to a wider range of participants.
SAP said the course aims to educate users on best practices for transitioning customer engagement software to the cloud. It provides an overview of the SAP Cloud for Customer solution and includes a consumer engagement and commerce strategy.
“The ‘Experience SAP Cloud for Customer’ course offers an overview of how to safely and quickly transition to the cloud through hands-on experience and real-world scenarios,” said Michaela Laemmler, global head of openSAP, SAP.
People can attend the three-week free course from any location and those who are interested can register through openSAP website.
In March, SAP launched HANA Cloud Platform mobile services, a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering, to accelerate the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data with mobile business.
