The sessions will give exposure to global research being done at MIT, Harvard Business School and by Gartner on related topics.

Session details:

# CIO global competency framework
# New business models and emergence of digital technology for sustainability, growth and transformation
# Digital strategy formation for business operations
# IT governance in the digital era
# Project, program, vendor and performance management
# Capital and process management
# Enterprise architecture for the future
# Transformation and change management
# Building a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation
# Key takeaways: Recollections and reflections

This program can be beneficial to all existing and aspiring CIOs, CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), CSO (Chief Strategy Officers), CDO (Chief Digital Officers), Heads of IT Departments and key decision makers in organizations belonging to a variety of industrial sectors.

“For speedy transformation in the digital era, CIOs have to move away from traditional IT approach of building entire IT capability in-house and leverage significant business and IT services from external service providers while taking care of processes, projects and programs. CIOs have to demonstrate abilities to inspire innovation while ensuring timely results. This program aspires to do the groundwork for creating CIOs of the future,” said IIM Calcutta.
