Sitel will hire 150 new resources in its inbound customer experience center in Norman – to address business growth.
Recently, Sitel increased its compensation packages to attract the finest customer care professionals in the Norman community.
To tap resources with prior customer service experience and strong computer knowledge, Sitel will host an on-site job fair on Friday, July 18 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the company’s facility at 2701 Technology Place in Norman.
Sitel said the new associates will provide excellent customer experiences for a large national financial services company. This business expansion is the direct result of the Norman team’s expertise in services such as account records management and customer service.
