American BPO Sitel on Tuesday said it would hire 160 permanent and seasonal customer service agents at its center in Ocala.
The associates will provide inbound customer service support for a major benefits enrollment company.
The hiring is to support new business growth needs, said Sitel.
Sitel said seasonal positions will run through December, with the potential to join as permanent employees. These new opportunities also include management positions, such as front line coaches.
The customer care company has already made a significant investment in training modules and provides consistent on-going career enhancement opportunities for employees to develop valuable career skills, said Sitel.
John Miller, site director of Sitel’s Ocala facility, said: “By offering both permanent and seasonal positions, we’re able to appropriately staff our teams for the upswing of customer service inquiries during the holiday season while still giving our employees the flexibility that they’re looking for.”
Sitel is hosting an onsite job fair on August 15 and 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the company’s facility at 1417 North Magnolia Avenue.
