Sitel has decided to add hire approximately 3,500 new customer care employees at locations across the U.S. and Canada.
The BPO major said careers include full-time roles at contact centers and hundreds of positions within its rapidly growing [email protected] Solutions program, providing opportunities for workers regardless of their proximity to contact centers.
Sitel said the new associates will support Sitel’s rapidly expanding business with leading companies in markets such as retail, travel, financial services, communications and consumer electronics. Sitel agents deliver industry leading omnichannel customer care services, including telephone, email, web chat and social media.
